Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Terms
Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled start of the rental are eligible for a refund equal to 100% of the total rental fee. Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the rental are subject to a 50% refund.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to standard processing timelines.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance may be approved at the company’s sole discretion and are subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the rental start time is not permitted. Original booking will be considered final and non-refundable.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

Events beyond the reasonable control of either party (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, government-imposed travel bans, or airport closures)—the renter may be eligible for:

  • A full refund, or
  • A no-fee reschedule to a later available date within six (6) months.

Eligibility under this clause is determined solely by the company. Supporting documentation may be required.

Cancellation Procedure
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@drivenova.com, referencing the booking ID. Requests are deemed received upon written confirmation by the company. Voicemail or verbal notices are not valid.

Non-Refundable Fees
The following may be non-refundable at the descrection of the company regardless of timing or reason for cancellation:

  • Credit card processing fees
  • Administrative charges
  • Third-party services or add-ons (e.g., toll passes, delivery fees)
  • No-shows or denied pickups due to invalid or missing documentation

No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for the scheduled rental without prior cancellation notice constitutes a no-show and forfeits all fees paid. No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be granted for no-shows.
