Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all vehicles in our fleet are fully insured under a commercial auto policy. However, clients are still required to provide proof of OPCF 27 coverage (Legal Liability for Damage to Non-Owned Automobiles) through their personal auto insurance policy. This endorsement serves as the first line of coverage in the event of any incident.
How many kilometers can I drive?
There are 200km's included with each rental day (24hrs). Additional km's can be purchased at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking are eligible for an 80% refund, while cancellations made in the last 48 hours are not subject to a refund. In cases of uncontrollable external circumstances—such as severe weather—we offer free rescheduling or full cancellation at no charge.
What areas do you offer delivery to?
We are based in Windsor, Ontario, and proudly offer service across all Canadian provinces. No matter where you're located in Canada, we can arrange delivery and pickup to provide a seamless exotic car experience from coast to coast.
How is payment and refundable security deposit handled?
Full payment for your booking is processed at the time of checkout. A refundable security deposit is required on the day of your rental and is held on your credit card. If a hold cannot be placed on your card, we accept a certified bank draft as an alternative. The deposit is fully refundable, provided the vehicle is returned in accordance with the terms of your rental agreement.
