Minimum Age Requirement
All drivers must be at least 25 years old at the time of rental. No exceptions will be made for any driver, including additional drivers.

License Requirements
Drivers must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license that does not expire before the end of the rental period. Driver's licence must be valid throughout the entire rental period. International renters must provide either a license printed or a valid license accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Learner permits, provisional licenses, and temporary licenses are not accepted.

Driving History & Insurance
Rental may be denied to any individual with a record of serious driving violations, including but not limited to DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions within the past three years.

Renters must provide their own insurance via a OPCF 27: Liability for Damage to Non-Owned Automobile(s) and Other Coverages When Insured Persons Drive, Rent or Lease Other Automobiles policy​. The company reserves the right to verify insurance coverage before releasing any vehicle.

Additional Drivers
Unauthorized operation by any unapproved driver will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of deposit, and full liability for all damages and associated costs.

Identification & Verification
All drivers must provide the following at the time of rental:

• A valid driver’s license
• A secondary government-issued photo ID (if separate from license)
• A valid credit card issued in the primary renter’s name

The company may conduct identity verification through third-party systems and reserves the right to deny rentals if identity cannot be verified.

Non-Compliance
Failure to meet any eligibility criteria will result in denial of rental, with no refund issued.
Submission of false or fraudulent documentation will result in contract termination, permanent ban from future rentals, and potential legal action.
